ALMADEN VALLEY SPECIFIC Market update video recorded September 13th, 2018 (updated one per month)

Note below the large DECREASE IN SALES in Almaden Valley-not typical for this time of year.


Average price peaked in June 2018, but Median price tracks a bit differently with a Median price peak in January then a secondary peak in June.

In Almaden especially, Average & Median prices are different because one $4M+ estate can sell and throw off the average.  This is what happened in June.
